Beastiality is defined as knowingly engaging in or causing another person to engage in oral sex, sexual contact, or sexual intercourse with a non-human mammal bird, reptile or amphibian, either dead or alive. Beastiality carries a mandatory prison sentence of .33 years to 2 years. Probation is eligible up to a lifetime term. Registration as a sex offender is discretionary under this offense.
