What are Arizona sex crimes consequences for Continuous Sexual Abuse?
Continuous sexual abuse is defined as a person who over a period of 3 months or more engages in 3 or more acts of any combination of the following:
1.) Sexual conduct with a minor
2.) Sexual assault and/or
3.) Molestation of a child with a child under 14 years of age.
Continuous sexual abuse carries a mandatory prison term of 13 years to 27 years. Probation is NOT eligible. Registration as a sex offender IS mandatory.
